Hotel Rex - Rome

The location was perfect, right in the center of everything. I could easily walk to all the major attractions and the train station was just a short distance away. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any questions or requests. The room itself was spacious and clean, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially loved the rooftop terrace where I could enjoy a delicious breakfast and take in the stunning views. The service was top-notch, with room service available and the option to hire a car if needed. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. this place provided a luxurious and comfortable experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

Very friendly and helpfull staff. Comfortable room, allthough a bit small. Good location, not noisy even if it is very central. Nice breakfast with great Cafe Latte. Overall good value for money.

Shower with to little pressure and not very warm water. The walls looks a bit old many places, but already under restoration, so that will maybe be solved in short time.

During our recent stay at Rex, we were really surprised by the helpfulness of the staff. One of the waiters at breakfast were really nice too ensure my wife got the type of croissants she preferred, even bringing out freshly baked ones just for her. It was a small gesture, but it made us feel taken care of. I would highly recommend this hotel for its attentive and friendly service.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, just steps away from the train station and within walking distance of many of the city's attractions. the spacious rooms were spotless and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection of pastries and cold cuts to start your day off right. Don't forget to check out the rooftop terrace for stunning views of the city.

The gym was quite disappointing with limited equipment and no air conditioning.

Great location, short walk to the railway station and Opera House. Quiet room overlooking the courtyard. Very kind, helpful, and smiley staff. Breakfast on the roof terrace is a great way to enjoy a sunny spring day. Convenient for metro travel to main sites in Rome.

Great location, close to train station and attractions. Halal food options nearby. Room had kettle and free handy device. Clean room. Helpful staff, good check-in introduction. Terrace for breakfast if weather permits.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Staff were on the whole very friendly and helpful. Lots of helpful information was supplied to guests, and free wi-fi worked very well. Nice big bedroom, (but we did pay extra for it!) Lovely roof terrace, which we enjoyed using of an evening.

Breakfast room very cramped and uncomfortable, and the buffet, including plates and coffee, were not replenished quickly enough. There was no shower curtain/screen in the bathroom, which meant that the floor got soaked every time we had a shower. Not as good as the website made it look and sound.

The staff were very helpful at all times and the breakfast was amazing.
